Due to fluctuations in international currency markets, prices on imported items may vary from those shown. Please contact us to confirm current pricing if needed. We are happy to provide a quote prior to shipping.

Raw material costs are also subject to change without notice. All prices on our website are subject to change. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment. *See Special Orders section.

SHIPPING QUOTES
Shipping rates are weight-based. Charges for shipping, packaging, and handling are calculated when your order is processed. Website estimates may vary slightly depending on packaging requirements and number of shipments. Quotes are generally valid for 15 days.

1. ORDERING

You may order by phone, mail, or through our secure website. Call 888-743-4866 (USA), 928-554-0700, or text 928-202-8837. Please do not send payment information via email.

Once an order is placed, you will be assigned a 5-digit customer number for future use.

Minimum Order: $8      Arizona Sales Tax: 6.3%

2. PAYMENT (USA)

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover (3.0% processing fee) and American Express (3.5% processing fee). We also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks in U.S. funds. See Overseas Shipping/Payment Policies for additional details.

A nonrefundable packaging and service fee of up to 5% may be applied to shipping and freight-related charges. This fee covers packaging materials, labor, and preparation of shipments. We do not mark up actual carrier shipping rates.

We do not accept CODs.

Returned checks are subject to a $40 fee.

Credit card disputes or chargebacks do not cancel the customer’s obligation to pay for merchandise received. Customers remain responsible for all charges, and we reserve the right to pursue collection, recover merchandise, and deny future orders until resolved.

3. BACK-ORDER POLICY

Most items are in stock and ship promptly; however, availability may change. Out-of-stock items may be back-ordered and shipped when available.

If you prefer no back-orders, please indicate at checkout. Orders may be held if requested, but prepayment is required. If items remain unavailable after 6 weeks, the order may be released. Credits remain on account unless cancellation is requested.

Shipping and handling charges apply to back-orders.

4. SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders are prepaid and cannot be canceled once placed. These items are non-returnable unless defective or shipped in error.

5. RETURNS

Returns require prior authorization. Authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which may be waived for store credit. No returns after 15 days.

Items must be unused, clean, and in original packaging. No returns on hoof care products, special orders, sale items, books, or media unless defective.

Refused shipments without authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all freight charges.

6. DAMAGED / MISSING GOODS

Inspect all shipments upon receipt. Report any damage or shortages within 2 days. Retain all packaging for carrier inspection. Failure to follow these procedures may void claims.

7. SHIPPING POLICIES (NORTH AMERICA)

Orders 150 lbs and under typically ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Heavier shipments may ship via motor freight.

Shipping-related charges may include packaging materials, handling, and processing based on actual requirements.

Standard packaging may include boxes, liners, reinforcement materials, and handling. Heavy-duty packaging (including double-wall boxes, anvil boxes, or specialty containers) may incur additional charges based on actual cost.

Due to the nature of our products, additional preparation time and labor may be required, including protective wrapping, reinforcement, and shrink wrapping. These costs may be included in handling charges.

Certain items (such as coal and coke) may incur a handling charge of $7.00 per package due to weight and packaging requirements.

In some cases, a handling fee (typically up to 5%) may be applied to shipping-related charges in place of itemized packaging and labor costs.

We do not mark up actual carrier shipping rates.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept wire transfers and major credit cards (3.5% processing fee). Foreign transactions may include up to a 4% exchange-related fee.
